As part of the second phase of their #Bitzendoheem ("sew at home") campaign, the FNEL - Scouts and Guides sewed over 3,000 masks for workers in the social sector in Luxembourg.

This is in addition to the almost 40,000 masks created during lockdown as part of the Scouts' initiative. The local movement donated these masks to over 50 associations.

Today, the Ministry of Health announced on social media that it had received an additional 3,000 masks from the Scouts in the second phase of this solidarity project. The ministry will then distribute them to various associations in the social sector.

Scouts members and private individuals alike took part in the initiative.
