The Luxembourg Rugby Federation will tomorrow unveil details of the new coaching structure following the departure of Marty Davis after 12 successful years as National Technical Director and national coach for rugby in Luxembourg.
After an in-depth analysis of its needs and options, the Luxembourg Rugby Federation has opted for a different, a more complete and adapted
coaching structure in order to improve its development work and to guarantee a sustainable growth of the sport in Luxembourg.
In charge of the technical side of the FLR will be: Alexandre Benedetti, National Technical Director; Jonathan Flynn, Headcoach Seniors XV; Lhali Mrani, coach/development coordinator; and Paul Sweetnam, coach/development coordinator.
