Real estate company IMMOBEL has announced the sale of the last apartment of its INFINITY LIVING project, the first high rise residential tower in Luxembourg.

Designed by an international architect “Arquitectonica” and Luxembourg’s “M3 Architectes”, this limited edition of 165 apartments spread over 25 floors is now officially sold out after just under two years.

The main structure of the central core of the residential tower reached level 25 in June 2019 and the residential complex is scheduled to be completed by mid-2020.

In September 2019, the retailers of the 23 shop units will receive their keys, with a view to an official opening on 12 December 2019. For its part, the INFINITY WORKING building, will be handed over to its tenant, Allen & Overy, on 1 October 2019.

The total surface area of the INFINITY project is 33,300 m², including 20,000 m² for “Living”, 6,800m² for “Working” and 6,500m² for “Shopping”.

In parallel with its activities in the office domain, IMMOBEL is currently working on the development of four residential programmes, located in the capital and its immediate surroundings: Mamer, Laangfur, Polvermillen and Rue de Hollerich, representing almost 75,000 m² of space. This does not include an exclusive future project which IMMOBEL will soon make public; the marketing of these projects has not yet begun.
