INOWAI, a major local player in the Luxembourg real estate market, has announced the arrival as a new shareholder of the Compagnie Financière La Luxembourgeoise with a view to supporting its growth in line with its objectives and strategy.
In this dynamic, Tehdi Edouard Babigeon, current Head of Business Development at INOWAI, joins the Partners already in place, namely Marc Baertz, Jean-Nicolas Montrieux and Vincent Bechet. He will assume the responsibility of Business Development & Head of Capital Markets.
A real estate specialist for almost 20 years, INOWAI now has more than 55 employees. "The Group is experiencing strong growth and has the ambition to strengthen its national and foreign network," commented Vincent Bechet, Managing Director & Partner INOWAI. He added "This is why we have opened our capital to a well-known investor with a strong presence in Luxembourg. Tehdi Edouard Babigeon will support the management team to ensure the long-term and geographical development of our activities."
