After two years of existence, Eaglestone Luxembourg has a portfolio of three projects ranging from Steinfort Parc in the canton of Capellen to G-Forty and Hollerich projects in Luxembourg-ville.
Steinfort Parc is a two-part project with a total investment volume of €30 million and entrusted to R. Schmiz, architects & urban planners for the project. The first part, executed by delegated project management, will have 13 apartments and 5 businesses (100% sold). The Residence Steinfort Parc has 22 apartments and 6 offices / shops. The state of sales is now 86%.
The G-Forty project is in the phase of the introduction of permits and consists of a mixed project of 20 apartments and 2 offices for an investment volume of €22 million. The M3 Architects office is in charge of architecture.
A new project in Luxembourg City
The latest acquisition, located in rue de Hollerich (n° 77-79), will be divided into a mixed project of 6 businesses and thirty apartments representing an investment volume of around €20 million. The architecture was entrusted to the Moreno Architecture & Associés office.
Under the direction of Xavier Hauboldt, a strong civil engineer with a 25-year experience at Formart (formerly Hochtief) and co-founder of Lux Real, the 5-person team has just welcomed Haydar Samut as Project Manager.
