
Luxembourg's Ministry of State has announced that the Prime Minister of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, will undertake his first working visit to the Grand Duchy on Wednesday 12 March 2025.
The Spanish leader will travel to Luxembourg this week at the invitation of Luxembourg's Prime Minister Luc Frieden. The latter will welcome his Spanish counterpart for a meeting at Senningen Castle. The discussions will focus on bilateral relations as well as major current European political issues, including preparations for the next meeting of the European Council.
Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg will also receive the Spanish Prime Minister in audience at the Grand Ducal Palace in Luxembourg-Ville.
Moreover, Pedro Sánchez is set to meet the President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), Nadia Calviño, during his visit.
