President of the Republic of Cape Verde, Jorge Carlos Fonseca, will undertake a state visit to Luxembourg next month.
At the invitation of Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess, the Cape Verdean President Jorge Carlos Fonseca will be visiting the Grand Duchy from 7-9 May 2019. He will be joined by his wife, First Lady Lígia Dias Fonseca, on this occasion.
Mr. Fonseca has served as President of Cape Verde since 2011.
