The Tango High School Cup, a gaming competition for secondary school students in Luxembourg, has just finished its fourth season.

After a record-breaking season, the event is taking a break over summer before returning for a new season during the 2024-2025 school year. According to the organisers, no Luxembourg tournament has ever brought together as many participants and spectators on Twitch as the Tango High School Cup Season 4.

More than 1,700 young people participated in games such as Fortnite, Brawl Stars and Rocket League, as well as chess competitions. As in the previous year, Vizzualzkid won the MVP title. École Privée Fieldgen topped the school rankings for the first time, dethroning Lycée Guillaume Kroll (LGK), which finished in second place.

With performances by artists such as Joel Marques, Brebo and Almighty A., the event also featured a cultural dimension.

The Tango High School Cup prides itself in being the "most anticipated" video game tournament in Luxembourg with more than 1,700 participants from 39 secondary schools. At this year's event, the Tango High School Cup reached over 330,000 people and recorded an average of over 300 viewers on Twitch.
