Luxembourg will be sending a team of youngsters to participate in the United World Games 2016 being held in Klagenfurt in Austria between 16 and 19 June next year.
A total of 9 sports will be in competition, including Athletics, Volleyball, Field Hockey, Swimming, Soccer, Rugby, Orienteering, Handball, Basketball and Tennis, with competitions for both Boys and Girls, as well as Mixed (tennis & basketball), in various age-group categories, from U10 to U21.
A total of 7,000 athletes from 40 countries are expected to descend on the Austrian city in the south of the country which has a population of around 100,000.
