The City of Luxembourg (Ville de Luxembourg) has launched a call for participation in the MusiqCITE event, which is taking place at the Conservatoire de la Ville de Luxembourg on Friday 6 December 2024.

Under the banner of integration and interculturality, this annual event fits within the programme of awareness-raising actions carried out by the City of Luxembourg and is aimed at amateur artists who will have the opportunity to showcase their talent in music, singing or dancing on stage.

The City of Luxembourg is thus launching a call for participation among musicians and singers as well as associations representing different cultures present in the capital and able to offer typical regional culinary specialties.

Conditions of participation

Performances on stage:

  • open to groups and solo artists (music, dance, singing);
  • musicians must bring their own instruments.

Catering:

  • stand with culinary specialties (savoury and/or sweet miniature dishes);
  • dishes must be prepared in advance.

Individuals and/or associations interested in participating in MusiqCITE must reside or work in the City of Luxembourg; note that applications from associations or clubs carrying out their activities in the City of Luxembourg may also be accepted.

Those interested have until 19 October 2024 to contact the Integration and Special Needs Department of the City of Luxembourg via email: integratioun@vdl.lu or via tel.: 4796-4150 (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00). The City of Luxembourg added that applications received may be retained for the organisation of its other integration-related actions.
