On Thursday 26 March 2026, the City of Luxembourg (VdL) announced that infrastructure works will take place on Rue de Merl in Luxembourg-Merl from Monday 30 March 2026 to Saturday 11 April 2026, between the hours of 07:00 and 16:00.
The VdL said that as a result of these works, traffic between Rue de la Barrière and Rue Nicolas Mameranus will be controlled by temporary traffic lights.
The City of Luxembourg’s Traffic Department has said appropriate signage will be put in place.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the works will be postponed.
