Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced an increase in certain fuel prices.

As of Wednesday 11 March 2026, the price of unleaded 95 octane petrol has risen by 8.7 cents, reaching €1.654 per litre (including VAT), while diesel is now priced at €1.828, up by 5.6 cents.

Home heating oil (10 ppm S, ≥1,500 l) has increased by 5.4 cents, now priced at €1.278.

The price of diesel for industrial and commercial use stands at €1.383 per litre, while diesel for agricultural and horticultural use is currently priced at €1.230 per litre, both up by 5.5 cents.

LPG fuel price has increased by 7.8 cents to €0.882 and household propane has risen by 5.7 cents to €0.909.

The prices of unleaded 98 octane petrol (€1.700 per litre) remain unchanged.

Fuel prices have surged in several countries in recent weeks amid the ongoing crisis in the Middle East.
