The Luxembourg Administration of Bridges and Roads has announced that as part of the redevelopment of Boulevard des Scillas, they will partially close the road over the nights of Monday 15, Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 September 2025 to install noise barriers.
The Administration stated that Boulevard des Scillas will close between the “Scillas” tram stop and the junction of Boulevard de Kyiv and Rue du Neuf Mai 1944 at the following times:
⁃ from Monday 15 September 2025 at 23:00 until Tuesday 16 September 2025 at 06:00;
⁃ from Tuesday 16 September 2025 at 23:00 until Wednesday 17 September 2025 at 06:00;
⁃ from Wednesday 17 September 2025 at 23:00 until Thursday 18 September 2025 at 06:00.
The Administration will also close the Rangwee tunnels during these times and diversions will run via Boulevard Raiffeisen and Boulevard de Kockelscheuer.
