The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a serious road accident occurred on the N10 on Monday afternoon.
Shortly after 16:00 on Monday 10 October 2022, a motorist had an accident on the N10 between Dasbourg-Pont and Marnach in northern Luxembourg.
The driver came off the road in a left-hand bend shortly before Marnach and collided with a tree in the road. He was trapped in his car during the accident and it took the rescue workers a long time to get him out of the completely destroyed vehicle.
Following emergency medical first aid on site, the seriously injured man was taken to hospital for further treatment.
The route was completely closed to traffic for the duration of the rescue operation until around 18:00 on Monday. An accident report was drawn up.
