Luxembourg's Roads Administration has announced that it will be carrying out roadworks on the A6 motorway this weekend.
From around 03:00 on Sunday 31 October 2021 until around 01:00 on Tuesday 2 November 2021, the Roads Administration will be renewing the wearing course on the Strassen interchange of the A6.
During this period, the following road sections will be closed to traffic:
- exits from the Strassen interchange in both directions;
- access from the Strassen interchange in both directions;
- the N6 at the level of the Strassen interchange in both directions.
Traffic coming from the A6 motorway and travelling towards Gasperich will be diverted from the Helfenterbruck interchange via the N34, N34A and CR230 back onto the Strassen interchange.
Traffic coming from the A6 motorway and heading towards Belgium will be diverted from the Bridel interchange via the CR181 and the N6 back onto the Strassen interchange.
Traffic coming from the N6 and towards the Strassen interchange will be diverted in both directions via the CR230 and Rue des Aubépines respectively back onto the N6.
