The Automobile Club du Luxembourg (ACL) today inaugurated its new "Mobility Loft" electromobility competency centre.

The ACL has launched this new mobility service to inform users and address questions related to electrified vehicles, namely the question of real costs (fuel, maintenance, etc.) and that of the proven ecological impact.

With Mobility Loft, the ACL has put its technical expertise at the service of its members, via information and objective advice on different types of engines: electric, hybrid plug-in, hybrid, petrol or diesel. This free service allows ACL members to obtain all the necessary information to select the type of motorisation of their next vehicle.

In collaboration with Enovos Luxembourg, the ACL will also inform users about the various solutions to recharge their electrified vehicle at home or in public.

Moreover, the ACL has partnered with the vast majority of automotive brands to keep its members informed of the latest developments in electrified vehicles. In this context, the Mobility Loft will exhibit the novelties of the various brands and allow its members to carry out brief tests throughout the year.

The Mobility Loft also has its own fleet of electrified vehicles (hybrid, hybrid plug-in and electric) that ACL members can rent for periods ranging from half a day to several days to become familiar with this type of technology before deciding to make a purchase.
