Slip Roads Closed at Senningerberg over Weekend

Due to roadworks, the slip roads on the Senningerberg interchange on the N1 will be closed from Friday 12 to Monday 15 July 2019.

Works related to the replacement of the expansion joints of the Senningerberg interchange on the N1 will foresee the following closures, from 21:00 on Friday 12 July until around 05:00 on Monday 15 July 2019:

• The slip road of the Senningerberg interchange from the Gasperich cross on the A1 and towards Senningerberg (N1);
• The slip road of the Senningerberg interchange from Trier on the A1 and towards the Findel airport (N1).

Traffic coming from the Gasperich cross in the direction of Senningerberg (N1) will be diverted via the roundabout at the Findel airport back onto the Senningerberg interchange in the direction of Senningerberg. Meanwhile, traffic from Trier and to the airport will be diverted via the Grünewald - A7 - Waldhof junction back onto the A7 motorway towards the Senningerberg interchange on the A1.

In addition, traffic will be reduced to one lane on the N1 at the Senningerberg interchange and regulated by traffic lights.
