Due to roadworks, various sections of the Senningerberg interchange on the N1 will be closed to traffic until Monday morning.
Between 09:00 on Friday 24 May and 05:00 on Monday 27 May 2019, the slip roads at the Senningerberg interchange from the Gasperich cross and from Trier on the A1 and towards Senningerberg and the Findel airport on the N1 will be closed to traffic.
Traffic coming from the Gasperich cross in the direction of Senningerberg (N1) will be diverted via the roundabout at the Findel airport back onto the Senningerberg interchange in the direction of Senningerberg. Similarly, traffic from Trier to the Findel airport will be diverted via the Grünewald - A7 - Waldhof interchange back on the A7 towards the Senningerberg interchange on the A1 motorway. For the duration of these works, traffic on the N1 will be reduced to one lane at this point and regulated by traffic lights.
