On Monday 26 August 2024, FleetLab announced its partnership with the Luxembourg company HelloTAXI to offer a new taxi service in its application.
This individual transport service, available from Tuesday 27 August, has just completed LetzRide's mobility offer and positions it as the only "one-stop-shop" offer, developed in Luxembourg for Luxembourg. It is now possible to book individual or shared transport via a single centralised application: LetzRide.
Rudi Bringtown, Head of Product & Service at LetzRide, said: "This collaboration with HelloTAXI allows us to enrich our service offer and offer an affordable transport solution that is even more oriented towards the needs of our users, by giving them the freedom to choose the option that suits them best.”

With more than 10,000 downloads of the application in eight weeks, LetzRide noted it is positioning itself as a key player in the personal mobility market in Luxembourg
As a reminder, on 18 June 2024, FleetLab officially launched the new innovative on-demand transport service LetzRide with the support of its mobility partners: the companies Sales-Lentz, Demy Schandeler and Josy Clement. This first phase targeted shared transport trips, allowing several people to share a vehicle to travel to a destination anywhere in the Grand Duchy.
