On Wednesday 2 March 2022, CFL multimodal and the trade unions, OGBL and LCGB, signed a new collective agreement, applicable from 1 January 2022.

After several months of negotiations, the management of the CFL multimodal group and the OGBL and LCGB trade unions have signed a new collective agreement. This new agreement, concluded for a period of two years, is applicable from 1 January 2022 and covers the employees of the CFL multimodal, CFL logistics, CFL terminals, CFL sites services and CFL intermodal entities, together for nearly 400 employees.

The new provisions relate to remuneration (revaluation of salary scales and on-call, safety and quality bonuses, etc.) and to employee loyalty (increase in the number of seniority leaves and delivery of gift vouchers in case of retirement).

The new agreement also responds to the concern of employees to find a better balance between professional and personal life, like implementation of telework, allocation of gift vouchers in the event of marriage, birth and adoption.

Management and the social partners welcome the constructive negotiations and the social progress from which employees will benefit.
