Roadworks to Affect Traffic in Bonnevoie in Early Hours of Wednesday to Friday

Roadworks related to the establishment of a new bus stop on the Pénétrante Sud in Luxembourg City will cause road traffic adaptations later this week.

As part of the construction of this new stop, pipe work will be carried out in the late-evening and early-morning from Wednesday 10 to Friday 12 July 2019 inclusive. 

This work will involve the establishment of a one-way street on the Pénétrante Sud, from Rue de Bonnevoie in the direction of and including the Albert Bousser tunnel. These changes will apply from 22:00 to 05:00 this Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 

Signs will be put in place announcing these changes.

Public transport will also be affected for the duration of these works: on bus line 29 in the direction of the airport, the Dernier Sol stop will not be served, instead replaced by the stops Léon XIII Quai 1 (Rue de Bonnevoie) or Gare-Rocade Quai 1.
