As of Wednesday 24 June 2020, the HIV Berodung service of the Luxembourg Red Cross will resume rapid and free HIV testing at its premises at 94 Boulevard du Général George S. Patton in Luxembourg City.

Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, the service was forced to cancel its weekly screening activities, opting instead to offer a free HIV self-testing service from mid-April. From next week, in-person screening will be available again Mondays and Wednesdays from 17:99 to 19:00.

To be able to take a screening test at the HIV Berodung service, individuals must make an appointment via tel.: 2755-4500. The appointment will be made anonymously since a number will be assigned. At the service's premises, barrier gestures must be applied and wearing a mask is compulsory. Individuals will be reminded of these guidelines when making an appointment by phone.

In addition, DIMPS (Mobile HIV Testing) will be on the road from Friday 26 June 2020. More information on the locations and opening hours of DIMPS is available on www.dimps.lu.

The self-testing offer remains available via the above phone number.
