New MRI Machine Arrives in Ettelbruck, Operational by September

The Centre Hospitalier du Nord in Ettelbruck (northern Luxembourg) announced yesterday the arrival of a new MRI machine.

The scanner, which was brought over from the Netherlands, was placed in the hospital courtyard by crane on Monday. The machine will be operational at the Centre Hospitalier du Nord in Ettelbruck by September 2020, with a first test run scheduled for August.

The new MRI machine is expected to halve the time required for medical examinations.
