Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced a drop in the price of unleaded 95 octane petrol.
As of Saturday 17 October 2026, the price of unleaded 95 octane petrol has decreased by 4.6 cents to €1.788 per litre. The cost of unleaded 98 octane petrol remains at €1.984 per litre (including VAT).
The price of diesel remains at €2.081 per litre (including VAT) and the cost of heating oil (10 ppm S, ≥ 1,500 litres) is stable at €1.575 per litre.
Diesel for industrial and commercial remains at €1.686 per litre, while diesel for agricultural and horticultural is unchanged at €1.533 per litre.
Prices for LPG and propane prices also remain unchanged at €0.953 and €0.943 per litre, respectively.
