The National Library of Luxembourg, more widely known by its French abbreviation BnL, has announced that it is expanding its ebooks.lu platform to include over 770 audiobooks.

Launched in 2015 on the initiative of the Higher Council of Public Libraries and the BnL, ebooks.lu allows users of partner libraries to borrow electronic books in English, French and German. In addition to the 144,000 ebooks currently available, the platform now counts 776 audiobooks of all genres: fiction, leisure, history, personal development, learning, science and the arts.

To take advantage of the ebooks.lu offer and the new audiobooks, registration with the BnL or one of the ten partner public libraries or possession of a Bicherbus reader card is required. The detailed list of included libraries can be found on the ebooks.lu website, where user guides and additional information on the platform's offer are also available.
