The Luxembourg law firm KLEYR │ GRASSO has announced the arrival of Sylvain Lesaffre and Teolina Tentchev within its Corporate Finance department.
On 1 September 2021, KLEYR | GRASSO strengthened its Corporate Finance department with the arrival of Sylvain Lesaffre as Counsel and of Teolina Tentchev as Senior Associate.
Sylvain Lesaffre specialises in business law. In addition to his extensive experience in international company restructurings, he assists his clients, as buyers or sellers, in their mergers and acquisitions (M&A) operations. He also covers the financing aspects of the transactions, such as the drafting and review of credit agreements and security documentation. Mr Lesaffre studied at Cergy-Pontoise University in France and the University of Canterbury in England. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2013.
Teolina Tentchev also specialises in business law. More specifically, she assists her clients in various corporate and commercial transactions including the implementation of corporate restructurings, the set-up of joint-ventures and refinancing. Ms Tentchev studied at the University of Montpellier (France) and took part in an exchange programme at the Newcastle University (England). Following several internships in France, she joined a Luxembourg law firm in 2015.
