The Luxembourg law firm KLEYR │ GRASSO has announced four promotions with effect from 1 January 2019, and the appointment of one new Counsel from 15 January 2019.
Renata JOKUBAUSKAITE has been promoted to Partner within the firm’s Corporate Finance department. She joined the firm in 2017 as Counsel after having worked for more than 10 years in two renowned Luxembourg law firms. Renata specialises in corporate law and advises her clients particularly on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and financing/refinancing operations of companies.
Christophe NEY has been promoted Counsel within the firm’s Employment Law department, which he joined in 2011. Christophe is specialised in employment law and data protection/GDPR.
Katia BARTHOLOMÉ has been promoted Senior Associate. Specialised in corporate law, Katia has been a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance department for several years and assists clients in complex matters of corporate M&A, due diligence and restructuration.
Marie GUEBELS, also promoted Senior Associate, has been part of the firm since 2017 and assists her clients in all matters relating to employment contracts, dismissals and negotiations of transactions, including defence of the clients’ interest in the Luxembourg labour courts.
Jeannette VAUDE-PERRIN has joined the Corporate Finance department of KLEYR | GRASSO as Counsel. With twenty years of experience, Jeannette advises her domestic and international clients on all the legal, regulatory, and operational aspects regarding the structuring, creation, organization and financing of investment structures set up as SIF, SICAR, UCI, partnerships and RAIFs as well as on AIFMD issues.
