MNKS Luxembourg law firm has organised a series of breakfast conferences on a variety of topics in both French and English.
The conferences available are as follows:
- 2 September 2015 : LE DÉTACHEMENT TEMPORAIRE DE SALARIÉS À L'ÉTRANGER (French)
- 29 September 2015: SHADOW BANKING (English). This conference, featuring speaker Stéphane Braun, will focus on legal and regulatory aspects of certain Luxembourg vehicles (SOPARFI, securitisation vehicles, SIF, SICAR) carrying out banking activities outside traditional banking channels.
- 7 October 2015 - DIRECTORS' LIABILITY. (English) This conference, with speakers Soledad Pacual, Lucile Arnoux and Catherine Baflast, will focus on general principles, civil and criminal aspects of directors' liability.

- 29 October 2015 - KEY ISSUES WHEN STRUCTURING DEALS THROUGH LUXEMBOURG. (English) Speakers Saskia Myners and Raquel Guevara will ask Which vehicle? Substance! Whilst presenting financing instruments, alphabet shares, PPLs etc as well as common issues in key investment documents including share transfers, voting rights, majority requirements, debt allocation, debt to equity ratio and transfer pricing.
