The Luxebourg-made i-Hub, a company specialising in the automation of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes via a centralised solution for the digitalised and secure storage of personal data and supporting documents of financial institution customers, has announced the appointment of a new CEO.
Following the departure of CEO Pascal Morosini for personal reasons, after seven years at the head of the company, Stéphanie Noël, current director of Victor Buck Services, a subsidiary of the POST Luxembourg group, will take over the role.
Stéphanie Noël, who has been managing Victor Buck Services since 2021, brings extensive experience in the financial sector and the “professional qualities necessary to ensure the development of i-Hub in Luxembourg and internationally,” the company noted. This appointment is subject to formal approval by the CSSF.
Claude Strasser, Chairman of the Board of Directors of i-Hub, said: "We respect Pascal Morosini's choice to leave his position as CEO of i-Hub and the members of the Board of Directors would like to warmly thank him for his unwavering commitment and contribution to the development of the company since its creation in 2017."
Pascal Morosini will ensure the transition and handover of power until the official start date of the new CEO, scheduled for 1 October 2024 at the latest. This transition period also aims to ensure the succession of Stéphanie Noël within Victor Buck Services under the best possible conditions.
