Ricoh Luxembourg DSC Sàrl has announced the appointment of Jean-Philippe Ulrich as its new Country Manager.
Jean-Philippe Ulrich will take office on Wednesday 15 May 2024, replacing Patrick Kemper, who will retire in October 2024.
According to Ricoh Luxembourg, Mr Ulrich will bring to the firm his wealth of experience acquired in the printing industry and in management positions in the telecommunications and IT industry, both in France and Luxembourg. His "deep understanding" of the printing and IT industries, combined with his experience in Luxembourg and his strategic vision make him a "valuable asset" to the Luxembourg team, the firm reported.
Beyond his professional qualifications, Jean-Philippe has been recognised for his leadership qualities and his "unwavering commitment" to fostering a positive work environment, Ricoh Luxembourg added.
Commenting on his appointment, Jean-Philippe Ulrich stated: "I am approaching this new adventure with great enthusiasm. I am happy to take on my new role and to meet the team whose qualities have been praised. Proud to join Ricoh Luxembourg, I will be able to add my experience in the printing and IT sectors, but also my vision by helping it turn to new technologies, notably AI or developments linked to cybersecurity and sustainability. I would like to thank Mr Kemper who is preparing to hand over the baton to me in these Olympic times."
