In July, the LCGB trade union and the management of Zeeman Luxembourg Sarl, comprising 12 stores throughout the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, signed a new collective work agreement; the trade union confirmed that negotiations had taken place in a constructive atmosphere, resulting in a positive outcome for the company's 70 employees.

The agreement was signed for a period of 2 years, i.e. from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024. The following improvements are planned:

• increase in salaries in order to guarantee the maintenance of pay gaps between functions, taking into account the responsibilities and tasks specific to each position;
• reassessment of the salary grid together with the LCGB staff delegation, in the event of a change in the minimum social wage and/or in the event of the adoption of a new index.

The other provisions of the collective agreement remain unchanged.
