On Tuesday 13 June 2023, the majority trade union LCGB, together with the OGBL, signed a new collective agreement with ArcelorMittal European Logistics Centre (AMCLE).
The three-year agreement provides for substantial improvements with a view to increasing the purchasing power of the 120 staff employed on the Haneboesch site.
The new agreement includes the following changes:
• the renewal of all achievements contained within the CCT;
• the gradual introduction of meal vouchers for all site employees;
• improvement of the security bonus and attendance bonus;
• the introduction of a seniority gift.
