Christianne Wickler Steps Down as Cargolux Board of Directors Chair

Cargolux has announced the decision of Christianne Wickler to step down from her position as Chair of the Board of Directors of Cargolux Airlines International SA at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company, to be held on 26 April 2023.

According to Cargolux, Christianne Wickler's decision is linked to her desire to "devote more of her time to her business activities, considering the current challenging economic environment".

The company expressed its gratitude to Ms Wickler for her "dedication and commitment" as Chair of the Board of Directors and to the airline.

Accordingly, the shareholders have unanimously decided to propose the appointment of Tom Weisgerber as the new Chair of the Board of Directors at the Board of Directors meeting to be held after the AGM.
