LCGB & Brasserie Simon representatives;
On Tuesday 20 December 2022, the LCGB trade union that its representatives, together with the management of the Brasserie Simon Exploitation et Cie, have signed a new collective agreement.
According to the trade union, the negotiations took place in a framework of constructive social dialogue and led to a positive result for employees.
The agreement was signed for a period of 3 years, i.e. from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025 inclusive. The following improvements are planned:
• introduction of an additional day off after 10 years' seniority;
• increase in the attendance bonus from July 2024: €200 per month if the employee has no absence due to illness during the month in question; €125 per month if the employee was absent due to illness for a full or partial working day.
The other provisions of the collective agreement remain unchanged.
