Marc Schroeder Appointed CFO of Encevo

Luxembourg energy provider Encevo SA announced today that its current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Guy Weicherding, has decided to retire.

In light of this news, the Board of Directors of Encevo has decided to appoint Marc Schroeder as the new CFO of Encevo SA and a member of the Executive Committee effective Friday 1 October 2021.

Marc Schroeder has extensive international experience in executive functions in various sectors. Before joining Encevo, he was Executive Vice President of Finance and a member of the Executive Board of the Luxair Group.

The Executive Committee of Encevo SA is now composed as follows: 

• Claude Seywert, Chairman of the Executive Committee, CEO of Encevo SA
• Marc Reiffers, Member of the Executive Committee, CEO of Creos Luxembourg SA
• Erik von Scholz, Member of the Executive Committee, CEO of Enovos Luxembourg SA
• Marc Schroeder, Member of the Executive Committee, CFO of Encevo SA.
