Leading international law firm Clifford Chance today announced the promotion of four counsels and three senior associates in Luxembourg.

Counsels

Josselin Badoc has been promoted to Tax Counsel. He advises on international and domestic transactions, with a particular focus on real estate acquisitions, regulated and unregulated investments. His expertise covers corporate income tax, transfer pricing, registration duties and tax litigation.

Matthias Kerbusch has been promoted to Counsel in the Investment Funds department. He advises on the set-up and structuring of a wide variety of investment vehicles specialising in real estate, private equity, infrastructure and fund of fund structures.

Sascha Nolte has been promoted to Corporate Counsel. He specialises in general corporate law and advises mainly on cross-border real estate transactions, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and liquidation.

Ada Schmitt has been promoted to Counsel within the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution department. She assists clients (at both the pre-litigation and the litigation stage) and represents them in court. She specialises in commercial law, corporate law, contracts and employment law.

Senior Associates

Boika Deleva has been promoted to Senior Associate in Banking, Finance & Capital Markets. She specialises in banking and financial services regulation as well as derivatives, financing, securities law, insolvency and general banking law matters, with a particular focus on fintech and new technologies.

Simon Paran has been promoted to Tax Senior Associate. He advises on international and domestic tax matters, with a particular focus on the structuring of alternative investments via Luxembourg. His expertise includes corporate taxes, VAT, registration duties and tax litigation.

Alexandre Sensi has been promoted to Senior Associate in Banking, Finance & Capital Markets. He specialises in national and cross-border banking and finance work, including structured finance, asset finance, acquisition finance, bank lending and real estate.
