Aztec Group, a leading independent fund and corporate services provider, has announced the promotion of 51 employees in Luxembourg, including four to Director and Associate Director positions.

Joining the Group in 2007, Pete Blackburn has been promoted to Director. In his new role, Pete will continue to have responsibility for a large portfolio of real estate clients and play a central role in shaping and driving the development of the Group’s Real Assets offering across Europe. He has over eighteen years' industry experience in both Jersey and Luxembourg and has held roles overseeing fund of funds, venture capital, private equity, private debt, secondaries and real estate structures.

In the Private Debt team, Francesca Raffa has been promoted to Associate Director. Francesca joined the Group in 2014 and has played an integral role in the development of the Group’s private debt capabilities in Luxembourg. She will continue to have overall responsibility for a number of private debt relationships and shaping and driving operational best practice.

Oana Lazar has also been promoted to Associate Director. Since joining in 2012, Oana has played an important role in the expansion of the Group’s Private Equity team in Luxembourg and is the senior relationship lead for multiple venture capital and private equity clients.

Also promoted to Associate Director in Luxembourg is Jevgenija Fedorasko. Since joining the Group in 2010, Jevgenija has held senior marketing and client development positions in both the UK and Luxembourg. In her new role, she will lead initiatives aimed at developing and enhancing client experience across the Group.
