LuxTrust SA has announced that its chief executive officer (CEO), Pascal Rogiest, will be leaving the company by the end of the year to return to the aerospace industry.

Pascal Rogiest has decided to leave LuxTrust by the end of 2020 to return to the space industry, while ensuring continuity together with the LuxTrust executive committee.

With an engineering background and PhD in aerospace, Pascal Rogiest joined LuxTrust in 2015 after eighteen years in the space business with Luxembourg-based satellite operator SES. In his role of CEO of LuxTrust (since early 2016), his mission was to transform the company to a customer-centric player with international presence. After almost five years of leading this transformation, Mr Rogiest is set to return to the space industry in a new senior position.

Until year-end and beyond, the executive committee, also composed of Fabrice Aresu, Anne Reuland, Walter Boulain and Stéphane Ries, will ensure the continuity of LuxTrust’s operations and business development with digital trust values. They will work hand-in-hand with Pascal Rogiest over the next months in order to further enhance the national and international customer-centricity and commercial drive of the company.
