The ALIPA Group, a lifting and packaging specialist based in Wiltz in north-western Luxembourg, has announced the appointment of its new receptionist, Patricia Marth.
53-year-old Patricia Marth has just joined the ALIPA Group as a receptionist after having worked for 20 years in the domain of social and family assistance.
In her new position, Patricia Marth will be in charge of welcoming customers and visitors, managing phone calls and office supplies and various tasks that facilitate business life and the work of her colleagues on a daily basis. A Luxembourg national, she is fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and English. Her language skills are considered an advantage for her position and the activities of the ALIPA Group, which are mainly oriented towards international markets.
Commenting on her appointment, Patricia Marth quipped: “There is no shortage of work at the reception. Sometimes I don't even have my hands free to be able to answer the phone. The atmosphere is very good. Some colleagues often call me Pascale [the former receptionist, who now works in the scheduling department] but they will get used to it…"
In terms of her hobbies, Patricia Marth has developed a passion for French bulldogs; she has two. She also enjoys nature walks, dancing, fitness, cooking, reading, decorating and spending time with friends.
The ALIPA Group is made up of six companies active in lifting and packaging: CODIPRO (articulated lifting rings), NO-NAIL BOXES (folding plywood and steel boxes for industry), LIFTEUROP and STAS (equipment and accessories) lifting), AllPack Services and WaluPack Services (industrial packaging). The Group companies employ around 150 people in three countries: Luxembourg, Belgium and France. Together they achieve a global turnover of €27 million.
