International law firm Ashurst has announced the continued growth of its Luxembourg office with the appointment of Fabien Debroise as a partner in its banking team.

Fabien Debroise is joining from Ogier, where he has worked for over seven years and most recently was co-managing partner of their Luxembourg office. He joined Ogier in 2012 from Bonn Steichen & Partners and was promoted to Partner and Head of Banking in 2014.

A technical and experienced banking lawyer, Fabien Debroise specialises in acquisition and funds finance, real estate finance, loans and bond issuance, as well as more general regulatory and insolvency / restructuring matters.
