VNX Exchange, a Luxembourg-based digital asset marketplace, has announced the appointment of Michael Jackson to its Advisory Board.
In his new role, Michael Jackson, who is also a board member of Volvo Cars, AXA Insurance, Blockchain and Kneip Communications, will work on the development of Venture Capital and Blockchain ecosystems- key components for VNX Exchange.

For his part, Michael Jackson commented: “I am absolutely fascinated to work with VNX Exchange. I share the idea of transforming the traditional capital markets with the help of new technologies which is in the core of the project and was watching VNX from its inception. The project has come a long way in development”.
Michael Jackson reached his position as board member of several companies after a career transforming the communications industry, first as a senior executive in Tele2, Europe’s leading alternative operator, and then as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Skype in its formative years, creating its business model. This was followed by ten years as an investor, company builder and fund manager as a Partner at Mangrove Capital Partners in Luxembourg. He graduated with honours from University College London (UCL) with a degree in Communications Engineering and is a guest lecturer in their MBA programme "The Business of Telecoms".
