CDCL Promotions, the subsidiary specialising in property development of the Luxembourg CDCL group, has appointed Raphaël van der Vleugel as Director of Development.
Marc Ketter, Managing Director of CDCL Promotions, has emphasised the rich and diverse professional experience of Raphaël van der Vleugel, especially as a leader of the Royal-Hamilius project in Luxembourg City, an experience that will allow CDCL to continue the development of its real estate projects and the growth of its activity in developing mixed-use buildings.
Raphaël van der Vleugel has a degree in Civil Engineering in Construction from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve and a Master of Science in International European Construction Management.
The newly appointed director began his career in the Grand Duchy in 2002 and has mainly focused on large-scale projects. He has led and coordinated some of the largest building projects in recent years.
