Luxembourg insurance company Baloise has announced that it is moving to its new headquarters in Leudelange on Monday 9 January 2023.

After more than ten years in Bertrange, Baloise is moving to its new headquarters in the "Wooden" building in Leudelange. In order to prepare for this big move, the company exceptionally closed its doors in Bertrange on Friday 6 January and will welcome its employees, customers and partners from Monday 9 January 2023 in the new building in Leudelange, located at 8 Rue du Château d’Eau.

Wooden is the first wooden office building of this scale in Luxembourg, made from sustainable forests in the Greater Region. According to Baloise, in accordance with the WELL Building Standard, Wooden places the well-being of its employees and visitors at the centre of its activities. As a smart building, it will integrate active and passive energy management solutions, aiming to optimise consumption and promote the comfort and safety of employees.

"In addition to the benefits of working in the insurance sector, we will now have a building that not only reflects our ambitions for our teams, for their personal and professional development, but also our commitment to CSR," explained Romain Braas, CEO of Baloise in Luxembourg.
