On Monday 1 July 2024, Banque Raiffeisen announced the launch of its Business Hubs; according to the bank, this initiative meets the growing needs of local entrepreneurs, craftsmen, small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-corporates, with the three regional Hubs offering a "full range of products and services to support the growth and development of local businesses".
Comprehensive advice for businesses
Banque Raiffeisen’s three Business Hubs, located in Ettelbruck, Leudelange and Esch-sur-Alzette, are centres of expertise offering companies a dedicated range of financial products and services in addition to the traditional banking advice provided in branches. The Business Hubs’ advisers have expertise in state aid for businesses and maintain close relations with the Mutualité de Cautionnement, the Mutualité des PME and the SNCI. This initiative aims to create a dynamic ecosystem where businesses can thrive through personalised support and resources tailor-made for their specific needs.
Tailor-made financial services
Banque Raiffeisen is committed to offering tailor-made solutions to help businesses achieve their financial goals. For this reason, each Business Hub is staffed with business advisers specialising in various sectors. These experts are available to provide advice on financing solutions, cash management and investment opportunities.
Strategic and personalised support
Banque Raiffeisen’s Business Hubs are strategically located in the south, centre and north of the country to provide effective coverage and meet the growing needs of local businesses. Specialist advisors focus on the specific challenges and particular situations of customers. Aware that businesses need flexibility, the bank's advisers are available from Monday to Friday according to customers’ availability and can meet at the customers’ place of work.
Commitment to the business community
“At Banque Raiffeisen, we strongly believe in the potential of local entrepreneurs and the importance of supporting them in their development,” said Marc Geib, Deputy Head of the Bank’s Corporate Department. “The Business Hubs are an extension of our commitment to provide high-quality dedicated services and to contribute to the financing of the local economy by creating lasting relationships.”
