New Collective Labour Agreement Signed for Villeroy & Boch’s 47 Employees

On Monday 24 February 2025, the LCGB and OGBL trade unions announced the signing of a new collective labour agreement with the management of Villeroy & Boch.

The agreement has been signed for a duration of twelve months, from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 inclusive, for Villeroy & Boch’s 47 employees.

The following improvements are included:

- a one-off bonus of €400 gross for employees who fall under the scope of the collective agreement;
- an increase in meal voucher value from €8.40 to €12;
- the introduction of a half-day of paid leave on New Year's Eve.

The LCGB and the OGBL said they welcome the reaching of the agreement, which represents a thank you for the commitment of the employees of Villeroy & Boch.
