On Wednesday 8 January 2025, the Luxembourg Confederation of Christian Trade Unions (LCGB) announced the signing of a new collective labour agreement for employees of Indigo Park Luxembourg SA, where LCGB is the sole union represented.
The collective agreement will apply retroactively from 1 January 2025, covering a period of 36 months and benefiting approximately 102 employees of Indigo Park Luxembourg.
This new agreement introduces several improvements, including:
- salary increases;
- introduction of an additional pay grade after twelve years of service for various career tracks;
- extension of all salary scales to up to 40 years of service;
- introduction of bonuses for events such as the birth of a child or marriage;
- implementation of seniority leave starting from the fifteenth year of service;
- possibility to receive a one-time €600 bonus as a gift cheque or digital gift card, net of taxes.
According to LCGB, the agreement represents "a significant step forward in enhancing employees purchasing power and improving their working conditions." The union also stated that it would continue its efforts to ensure further benefits for the workforce of Indigo Park.
