Indian Chamber to Address Taxation and Investment Policies

The Indian Business Chamber Luxembourg (IBCL) has announced that it is holding an event on Wednesday 24 January 2024 at 18:30 on the topic of "Taxation and Investment Policies of Luxembourg and India for Cross-Border Financing" at the premises of DSM Avocats à la Cour (55-57 Rue de Merl, Luxembourg-Merl). 

The event aims to provide insights into the tax agreements from both Luxembourg's and India's points of view.

Topics to be covered:

- ATAD I / ATAD II / ATAD III
- Double Taxation Agreement between  Luxembourg and India 2009
- Indian income tax policies - Are they too protective for the Indian market, do they allow foreign investment or not?
- IP Box regime
- Social Security Agreement between India and Luxembourg signed in 2010. Implementation / feedback on the above two treaties. Experience sharing working on these.
