Luxembourg's Ministry of Digitisation, together with the State Information Technology Centre (CTIE), have announced that the GovTech Lab Luxembourg is launching a new call for solutions entitled "Trust My Data", published as an innovation partnership on the public procurement portal from 21 July 2021 to 13 September 2021.
The result of a collaboration between the Ministry of Digitisation and its technological arm, the State Information Technology Centre (CTIE), the GovTech Lab is calling on knowledge external to the State by introducing ideas, skills or innovative technologies from companies, start-ups, freelancers, students or researchers wishing to support and accelerate innovation in public services.
The new "Trust My Data" call for solutions consists of developing a global concept and implementing the various technical "bricks" for issuing digital certificates verifiable by the state, based on the specific case of the residence certificate.
The challenge is to digitise and secure the exchange of state-certified data based on open standards that allow secure and interoperable exchange of structured data with automatic authenticity verification.
Candidates interested in developing an innovative solution are invited to respond to the call for solutions on the public procurement portal, which includes all the terms and conditions of participation.
