The Dots, a Luxembourg-based innovation and technology agency, has announced it will host the TechSense Summit: “Infrastructure is Power!” on Wednesday 18 March 2026, at the premises of Deloitte Luxembourg in Luxembourg-Gasperich.

The Dots said the event will bring together CIOs, IT leaders and technology providers to discuss how infrastructure decisions are becoming a strategic lever for resilience, control and long-term competitiveness in an era shaped by cloud, artificial intelligence (AI) and growing regulatory demands.

Keynote sessions will feature insights from Deloitte, Dynatrace, G-Core, DEEP, InTech, Dionys and Nutanix, offering concrete perspectives on topics such as AI-driven operations, next-generation cloud strategies and the role of infrastructure in enabling secure and scalable AI adoption.

The event will also include a high-level debate on digital sovereignty, bringing together Alain Herrmann (Commissioner, CNPD), Claude Marx (Director General, CSSF) and Ludovic Gilles (Director, DEEP) to discuss whether sovereignty is primarily driven by market offerings or by regulatory frameworks.

The plenary conference will begin at 16:00 and conclude with a networking cocktail, offering attendees an opportunity to continue the discussions and connect with peers from Luxembourg’s technology and business community.
