The Union Luxembourgeoise de Patinage de Vitesse (Luxembourg Speed Skating Union - ULPV) has reported on the Benelux Cup 3 short track speed skating competition, which took place on Sunday 14 December 2025 at the Kockelscheuer Clubs Ice Rink in Luxembourg.
According to the ULPV, the event brought together skaters from Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands, with a total of 47 skaters competing across various categories and showcasing their skills.
In the Men Senior category, 25-year-old Peter Murphy claimed victory over the 1,000m distance with a time of 1:34.031. He was joined on the podium by Robbe Volckaert of Belgium in second place (1:34.219), while another Luxembourg skater, Ilya Tolpygo, finished third with a time of 1:37.209.
Luxembourg skaters also recorded several strong results across other categories. In Men Master, Harry Wang finished third, while Sidoine Conesa secured first place in the Men A category. Antoine Mercy took victory in Men Junior C.
In Men Junior D, Johan Yuan finished second, followed by Eason Wang in third and Rongbei Xia in fifth place. Amanda Yao placed fourth in Women Junior D, while Aaron Bumsteinas finished fourth in Men Junior F.
In Women Junior F, Luoyi Xu achieved a podium finish, placing second.
